unsecured loans

Available to everyone homeowners, tenants, customers living with parents,
HM forces and s-employed, even if you've previously experienced credit
difficulties. You must be a minimum of 18 years old and be able to provide
proof of your income, payslips or bank statements and your home address,
utility bill, telephone bill, driving licence etc.

You can still be accepted for an unsecured loan if you have no credit
history, no voters roll or previous bad credit, CCJs, defaults, arrears etc.
Loan amounts vary based on your circumstances and ability to afford
repayments. Each application is considered individually and a loans advisor
will telephone you once you've applied online within 36hrs to discuss your
requirements, loan amounts and weekly/ monthly repayments.

See our
How Much page for a guideline as to the likely amount you will be
able to borrow. The maximum amount available as an unsecured loan is
£7500.

secured loans

Available to homeowners only from a minimum of £1500. You can apply
even if you have little or NO equity in your property, and if you've
experienced past or current credit problems, CCJs, defaults or arrears.

The advantage of secured loans are that you can borrow more and spread
the cost over a longer period. This makes them attractive for consolidation
of other smaller loans, credit cards or car finance in to one more
manageable monthly repayment. Again these can be arranged very quickly
and usually would not require a property valuation.
