Q. How quickly will I be contacted about my loan application?

A. You will be contacted by telephone on your chosen best number usually
within 36 hrs by a loans advisor. Advisors are available to call you 7 days a
week.

Q. How much interest will I pay, and at what rate?

A. Rates vary depending on the amount you borrow and the length of the
loan. If you were to borrow £750 over 24 months the APR will higher than
for a £3000 loan over 48 months. You
need to look at the total amount
repayable to see the true cost of the loan. Rates will also vary based on
your credit history. You can discuss this fully with a loans advisor.

Q. Can I pay the loan off early?  

A. Yes this is no problem, however there is an administration charge which
will vary according to the amount of the loan and the length of the
agreement. This can be discussed with a loans advisor.

Q. What paperwork will I need to take when I sign the agreement?

A. Very little really, proof of your I.D, driving licence, passport. Proof of your
income, payslips if you are employed, bank statements and possibly
accounts if you are s-employed. Proof of your home address,
current utility
bills, telephone bill, bank statement, tenancy agreement etc. Don't worry
too much your loans advisor will explain exactly what you will need to return
to the office with the completed loan agreement. A checklist is issued with
the loan documents.
