Because all loan applications are considered individually amounts will vary based on your circumstances, and ability to afford the repayments. Yes provided you can show where you've been living for the past three years. This can be at different addresses of course, but you'll be asked to provide copies of correspondence, bills etc showing where you have been residing. Q.
